This study proves that online have a significant relationship with consumer buying behavior.

The study published in the Journal of Advertising Research found that customer testimonial videos can be more effective than traditional advertisements in influencing consumer behavior. Specifically, the study found that customers who watched testimonial videos were 20% more likely to make a purchase and had a 35% higher opinion of the brand than those who viewed traditional advertisements.
